The B&R COMPACT MMI P121 4B1210.00-590 communicates with the PLC over the RS232 interface. If data that the 4B1210.00-590 panel cannot understand is sent from the PLC, it is ignored. There is no error message! Basically the following information is handled by the P121 operating system:
