Disassembly Instructions
Follow the basic steps that should typically be followed to remove components and materials.
1. Disassembly 15 pcs screw to remove the rear cover. Pay attention not to drop 91-28115-000 Touch Screen Glass to the ground.
2. Disassembly 3 pcs screw to remove the control Board.
3. Disassembly 4 pcs screw to remove the AD board.
4. Disassembly 4 pcs screw to remove the power board and ensure 91-28115-000 Touch Panel is disconnected.
5. Disassembly 3 pcs screw to remove the lO bracket.
6. Take 91-28115-000 Touch Digitizer Glass off before disassembly 9 pcs screw 4 pcs post to remove the middle bracket.
7. Disassembly screw 4 pcs to separate the LCD bracket left and right with LCD module.
8. Disassembly 1 pcs screw to remove the LED board.
9. Remove the waterproof from front bezel of 91-28115-000 HMI Panel Screen.
