On October 30, 2026, VICPAS welcomed two customers from a German company we have supplied for 13 years, our first face-to-face meeting after a decade of remote cooperation. The visit covered our HMI parts warehouse, the models they order most, testing and packing, quality and lead time planning, and urgent repair handling.

On April 21, 2026, customers from Algeria visited VICPAS during the Canton Fair to explore industrial automation spare parts. After discussions on HMI components and product quality, they placed an onsite order for touch screens and protective films, strengthening cooperation and mutual trust.

On November 3, 2025, during the 138th Canton Fair, an Indian customer visited VICPAS headquarters for an in-depth meeting and product discussion. The customer confirmed an onsite order for Allen Bradley and ESA HMI replacement parts and made full payment in U.S. dollars. Reception was handled by Sean, Lina, and Nicole, whose teamwork ensured a smooth and pleasant visit experience. On September 26, 2025, VICPAS had the pleasure of welcoming an Indian customer to our headquarters. During the visit, both sides engaged in warm discussions, and the customer placed an onsite order of 50 touch screens with payment made in USD. This visit further strengthened mutual trust and showcased VICPAS’s commitment to supporting global partners with reliable HMI parts and services.

On September 15th, 2025, VICPAS welcomed a valued customer from India at our Guangzhou headquarters. The client brought product samples for confirmation and finalized an order of 100 pcs B&R 4EPIMC30.104L-30K and 100 pcs KEBA OP331-C-4400 keypads. The customer made immediate payment onsite, reflecting their strong trust in VICPAS. Our team warmly received the client, marking a memorable moment of partnership.
